A portable system to optimize the manual rotation of photovoltaic trackers.
An in-house R&D project born from field work in operating plants. Currently in conceptual design phase.

Manually-oriented solar trackers lose generation when they are repositioned late, partially, or inconsistently across rows. Accumulated misalignment degrades plant performance without raising clear alarms, because each individual tracker still operates. The loss is measured in aggregate, outside the natural O&M cycle.
A portable system that assists field operators in optimally repositioning each tracker during their walk. Designed to integrate into the existing O&M workflow, not to replace it. Auriga Rent develops the system in conceptual design phase; functional validation with industrial partners is planned as the next milestone.

The Auriga Rent team combines electrical engineering and technical architecture with direct operating experience in photovoltaic plants. GIRA-TRACKER crystallizes a recurring field-work observation: the opportunity cost of misalignment is not marginal and can be addressed with specific instrumentation.
